Safety audits and inspections are routinely conducted at R.O.C. Communications’s worksites and engage independent third-party auditors to conduct internal system audits to ensure ongoing compliance and continuous improvement is met.
R.O.C. Communications delivers comprehensive training for all of its workers and maintains up to date training registers. Project and task specific training is an integral part of training that is provided via:
- New employee site induction
- Project and/or site induction
- Toolbox meetings
- Safety alerts
- Ongoing Courses and Refresher courses
- Issuing of company-wide safety circulars

R.O.C. Communications regards environmental conservation, sustainability and prevention of pollution as an integral part of its business activities. The directors are key drivers of the environmental system requirements by integrating environmental deliberation and responsibility into day-to-day decisions and long-term company goals across all activities and disciplines
